1. Who you are contracting with

SalesExperte.com is a marketplace where businesses buy sales leads. It is run by two companies, and the one you contract with depends on the market you buy in:

  • United Kingdom market: THE LEGAL PLANS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
  • All other markets (United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore and any other): Bharat Sharma Consultancy, LLC, 1309 Coffen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

In these terms, “SalesExperte”, “we” and “us” mean the company you contract with. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

2. What you are buying

A lead is the contact details and request of a person who asked to be contacted about a product or service. You choose a product, the filters you want (for example location, budget and timeline) and the number of leads. Leads that match your filters are delivered to your account as they arrive. We do not promise that a lead will turn into a sale, and we cannot guarantee how many matching leads arrive in any period.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown per lead, in the currency of the market you chose, and include the extra cost of the filters you select. The total is shown before you pay. A product may have a minimum order quantity. Payment is taken at checkout. Taxes, including VAT or sales tax, are added where they apply.

4. Delivery

Leads are delivered to your account and, where enabled, by email. An order is complete when all the leads you paid for have been delivered. An order can take time to fill when few leads match the filters you chose; you can see its progress in your account.

5. Replacements and refunds

Our Refund & Lead Replacement Policy explains when a lead is replaced and how to ask. It forms part of these terms.

6. How you may use leads

  • Use leads only to contact the person about the product or service they asked about, and only in the ways the law allows where that person lives (for example calling, texting and email rules, do-not-call lists and consent rules).
  • You are responsible for your own compliance when you contact a lead.
  • Do not resell, share or publish leads, and do not use them to build a list for other purposes.
  • Keep your account details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

7. Personal data in leads

Leads contain personal data. Once a lead is delivered to you, you are responsible for handling it lawfully, keeping it secure, and honouring requests from the person to stop contact or delete their data. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Our responsibility

We act as a marketplace for leads that people have submitted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Suspending accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses leads or abuses the replacement process.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

  • United Kingdom market: these terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • All other markets: these terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.
