Salesexperte.com respects our customers and takes quality and quantity very seriously. Therefore, if ordered leads are not delivered to you in the period specified on your subscription type. We will refund you the money for undelivered leads in the next ten days.

Our Replacement Policy is applicable in the following cases:-

  • Incorrect Phone: We consider it an INVALID LEAD once we verify it is an incorrect phone number.
  • Fake Enquiry: The moment you approached given leads, and you get a response like 'I don't know or 'I haven't enquired.' We consider it as an INVALID LEAD after verification.
  • Spam Content: If the content of provided lead is gibberish, spam.
  • Any mention of free, probono text in summary.

Cases In Which Replacement Policy Is Inapplicable:

If The Leads Are Genuine: If the provided leads are genuine, the phone number is correct, and people respond correctly. In such cases, you are not eligible for the replacement.

How to Submit Replacement Request?


We want you to make most out of our leads hence you can easily place a lead replacement request within ten days of lead assignment date. That gives you a lot of time to contact a prospect and followup.

First, go to the "Replacement Requests" page and submit the lead id with the reason for replacement under "Submit new replacement request."

Lead Replacement Initition Time

Once we receive your replacement request, our replacement team contacts the prospect to investigate the lead quality.

We will add an extra lead per approved request to the same order on approval.

How to Check Replacement Request Status?

You can check the replacement requests status on the same page, "Replacement Requests," under the "Check replacement request status" tab.

Your orders (except promotional orders) come with a 100% money-back guarantee if you want to cancel your order for any reason.

Entire order refund requests must be made within five days of purchase, and the number of leads sent to that order should be zero.
